SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service
Children’s Specialized ABA offers text messaging as a communication method to support interactions with clients, parents, guardians, and authorized representatives. Messages may be sent for purposes related to services.
SMS messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling changes, updates related to services, and responses to questions from families. These messages help us communicate efficiently and support the delivery of care. We do not use text messaging to send marketing or promotional communications.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and choosing to receive SMS communications from Children’s Specialized ABA, you consent to receive text messages related to your services and communication with our organization.
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not required to receive services from Children’s ABA.
Message Frequency
The number and frequency of messages received may vary based on your communication preferences, service needs, and interactions with Children’s Specialized ABA.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you submit an opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
