About Children's Specialized ABA

Our whole-child autism care treats each child as a whole, rather than focusing on their individual behaviors. We make sure every child receives individualized attention and treatment tailored to their unique needs, interests, and strengths.

An ABA company built to do this right.

Children’s Specialized is a BCBA-led ABA company serving families across NJ,AZ, MD & NC. We’re are own organization – our own clinicians, program and centers – with a clinical partnership that gives our families resources most ABA companies can’t reach.

OUR CLINICAL & RESEARCH PARTNERS

Built by clinicians.
Backed by partners who matter.

We started Children’s Specialized ABA because families kept telling us the same thing: ABA was working at their kids, not with them. We wanted to build something different — an ABA company where the clinical bar is hospital‐grade, parents are real members of the team, and the day‐to‐day still feels like it belongs to a kid.

We’re a standalone organization with our own BCBAs, RBTs, centers and home programs across four states. Our clinical partnership with Children’s Specialized Hospital — an RWJBarnabas Health company — gives our families a warm path to diagnostic evaluations and medical consults. Our research partnership with Rutgers University and the Brain Health Institute keeps our methods honest.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Three commitments we make to every family.

Care for the whole child

Behavior is one part of a child's world. We pay attention to sleep, feeding, sensory needs, family life and joy — because progress in any of those is progress, full stop.

Evidence over opinion

We use methods with peer‐reviewed support, measure outcomes weekly, and adapt when the data tells us to. We don't chase trends. We chase results.

Family at the center

Parents are the most important member of the team. Every plan we write is a plan we built with you — and one you can keep going on a Tuesday night at home.

LEADERSHIP

The clinicians steering our care.

A leadership team that splits its time between our clinics, our research partners, and the families we serve.
