Who Should Apply
This program is built for motivated Registered Behavior Technicians® and student analysts who are passionate about their future as clinicians. Our ideal candidate is:
- Currently enrolled in an ABA program at one of our approved university partners.
- Providing at least 15 hours of direct therapy per week.
Our goal is to find future clinical team leaders. Because we believe in your potential, this program secures your professional future with a guaranteed role for your first two years as a BCBA®. This allows you to stay with the families you’ve supported and the teams you built at Children’s Specialized ABA.

The Milestones Program: Important Dates 2026
Ready to join our first group of student analysts? Here is the timeline for our upcoming cohort:
- February 15 – March 8: Applications are open! Email your resume and a sample of your clinical work to fieldwork@childrens-aba.org.
- Mid-March: Interviews with our leadership team to discuss your career goals.
- Late March: Acceptance notifications sent out.
- Week of April 6: Official Orientation begins.
We encourage early submissions, as candidates are reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, pending their meeting of our criteria.
