Krystal Wineland serves as the Clinical Director for the Voorhees, NJ clinic, bringing seven years of specialized experience in early intervention and comprehensive clinical care to Children’s Specialized ABA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rowan University and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Krystal is a dually credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst, with advanced expertise as an Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Specialist.

In her daily practice, Krystal is deeply passionate about delivering compassionate, assent-based ABA services that respect and honor each child’s voice. She focuses on creating supportive learning environments where both clients and staff can excel. By championing a workplace culture that is collaborative, positive, and fun, Krystal ensures that her clinical team is fully energized and equipped to provide exceptional care.

Director of Psychology, Children’s Specialized ABA

Dr. Jaime Ann DeQuinzio is a passionate leader in the field of autism evaluation and treatment, currently serving as the Director of Psychology at Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey. With more than 25 years devoted to supporting individuals and families navigating autism, she believes that an accurate diagnosis is the essential bridge that connects individuals to the right, personalized care, a foundation for meaningful change.

Dr. DeQuinzio earned her doctorate in Psychology, specializing in Learning Processes and Behavior Analysis, from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. During her post-doctoral training at the Alpine Learning Group, she cofounded a diagnostic clinic focused on early and precise identification of autism and led their research program resulting in peer-reviewed publications on topics such as generalized imitation, social-referencing, and observational learning in children with autism. She has mentored many aspiring behavior analysts and psychologists. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology and applied behavior analysis at Queens College and Caldwell University, and, during her time on the faculty at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, she served as chair for numerous graduate thesis projects.
