By leveraging the expertise of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, the program aims to expand access to innovative and compassionate care, empowering children diagnosed with autism to thrive. Children’s Specialized ABA embraces a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and social well-being, ensuring every aspect of a patient’s life is consider in their therapeutic journey.
Our integrated care model brings ABA therapy services augmented by complementary therapies, such as speech and language, occupational, and behavioral health services, ensuring a comprehensive, whole-child approach that supports a wide range of needs, from verbal to behavioral and social skills.

Featured Role – Bilingual BCBA (Monmouth County, NJ)
We are seeking a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Monmouth County, New Jersey. This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who is fluent in English and Spanish and dedicated to delivering culturally responsive, whole-child autism care. You’ll collaborate closely with families and team members to help children build meaningful skills and reach new milestones.
Compensation: $90.00 – $110.00 per hour
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Monmouth County, NJ
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing clinical support
- Design and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Track progress toward treatment goals using data and family collaboration
- Deliver services in both English and Spanish with cultural sensitivity
- Communicate regularly with caregivers, schools, and care teams
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), if required by the state
- Completion of BCBA supervision training
- Must be able to stand/move for at least 75% of the day and lift up to 40 lbs
